Edelrid Partners Knowledge Base
We manufacture products on which lives depend. However, it is not only the products themselves on which safety in the mountains or at work rely but also the knowledge about their application, material, and care. That is why it is important for us to link the know-how we have accumulated through research, development, and production with that of our partners and make it available to everyone.
Together we want to push our vision forward:
We want to create a world in which everyone who enters the vertical space is aware of the safety and ecological consequences of his/her actions.
Each of our partners is an important element in this process and contributes to the dissemination of joint know-how:
The alpine clubs DAV and ÖAV stand up for the ecological preservation of our alpine world, engage in the education and training of their members, support young alpinists and expeditions and work with their own safety research to prevent mountain accidents and make mountaineering safer.
With VIVALPIN we work together with one of the largest and long established mountain schools in Germany. The experienced mountain guides and mountain leaders work with products for climbing and mountaineering every day and sometimes entrust their own lives and those of their customers to these products.
The magazine klettern & bouldern is aimed at a broad target group that is interested in climbing and mountain sports. Be it boulderers, sport or alpine climbers or even mountaineers - they all will find interesting and high-quality information about their sports.
